Brook Street is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a growing and successful wholesale business supplying Inventory, Housekeeping Equipment, Furniture and Electricals to holiday parks in the UK.

The Package:
- Salary: £26,364 per annum (£13.00 per hour)
- Full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week)
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 4:15pm
- Friday: 7:45am - 3:15pm
- Your birthday off in addition to annual leave
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are quite the same! Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the sales order process from start to finish
- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch
- Preparing and following up on customer quotations
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Resolving customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from enthusiastic individuals who can bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, or administrative role
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing and sales support environment
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with a good standard of written and spoken English
- Confidence communicating professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to handle customer issues and resolve queries effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A reliable, positive and proactive "can-do" attitude
