What you'll do at work
Goodwills Legal Services Limited have over 20 years of experience providing trusted estate planning services across England and Wales. They work directly with clients and alongside financial advisers, mortgage brokers, and estate planning professionals to deliver tailored advice and professionally drafted legal documents. Their experienced team is committed to clear, personalised guidance, never a one-size-fits-all approach. With fully insured services, high ethical standards, and access to a wider range of legal services through their sister company, Premier Solicitors, they provide reliable, cost-effective estate planning solutions with complete peace of mind.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both consultants and clients throughout the estate planning process, ensuring that every client receives a high standard of service from their initial enquiry through to the completion of their case. The role involves providing administrative support to the Sales Team, responding to client enquiries by telephone, email, and online, and preparing client documentation, correspondence, and new instructions for processing. Maintaining accurate client records and updating information within the company's CRM system, including matching client payments, will also form a key part of the role.
Working closely with clients and colleagues across different departments, the Sales Administrator will help ensure that cases progress smoothly by monitoring outstanding documentation, following up with clients when required, and assisting with the efficient processing of work. Additional responsibilities include producing reports, supporting sales and processing performance monitoring, completing administrative tasks accurately while following company procedures and compliance requirements, and providing general administrative support to the wider business. The role also involves working alongside senior management to help introduce and improve business processes where needed, as well as ensuring that marketing, sales, and training materials are well organised and maintained.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
