Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both consultants and clients throughout the estate planning process, ensuring that every client receives a high standard of service from their initial enquiry through to the completion of their case.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Team
- Responding to client enquiries by telephone, email, and online
- Preparing client documentation, correspondence, and new instructions for processing
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating information within the company's CRM system, including matching client payments
- Working closely with clients and colleagues across different departments to help ensure that cases progress smoothly
- Monitoring outstanding documentation and following up with clients when required
- Assisting with the efficient processing of work
- Producing reports and supporting sales and processing performance monitoring
- Completing administrative tasks accurately while following company procedures and compliance requirements
- Providing general administrative support to the wider business
- Working alongside senior management to help introduce and improve business processes where needed
- Ensuring that marketing, sales, and training materials are well organized and maintained

Apprenticeship Details
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Training provider: BEDFORD COLLEGE
Training course: Business administrator (level 3)
Course contents:
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organization
- Produces accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports, and proposals
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement
- Demonstrates good communication skills
- Completes tasks to a high standard
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities, and time to meet deadlines
- Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor, and report

- Level 3 Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths
Essential qualifications:
- Maths (grade 4)
- English (grade 4)

Location:
Goodwills are conveniently located with excellent public transport links. Free on-site parking is available for employees, including at weekends.

Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team if they meet the initial criteria as part of the recruitment process.
