🚨 WE'RE HIRING – SALES ADMINISTRATOR
📍 BizVision Finance | [Chorley - Manchester /Hybrid]
Are you organised, commercially minded and great at keeping things moving?
BizVision Finance is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing our growing client and funding pipeline.
This isn't just an admin role.
You'll be right in the middle of the action — working with clients, lenders and introducers, helping move opportunities from initial enquiry through to funding completion.
🔥 YOUR MAIN FOCUS
📊 CRM & PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
You'll take ownership of keeping our CRM and sales pipeline accurate, organised and moving:
- Updating CRM records and application stages
- Monitoring the pipeline and identifying opportunities requiring action
- Scheduling follow-ups and making sure nothing gets missed
- Following up previous enquiries and existing clients
- Keeping accurate notes and communication records
- Supporting regular client and introducer follow-ups
- Helping turn opportunities into completed business

💼 SALES & APPLICATION SUPPORT
You'll work closely with the BizVision team to help progress funding applications:
- Speaking with business owners and prospective clients
- Gathering information and supporting documentation
- Preparing and submitting finance applications
- Liaising with lenders throughout the process
- Chasing outstanding information
- Monitoring applications through to offer and completion
- Keeping clients updated throughout the process
- Supporting the sales team with follow-up calls and emails
- Identifying further funding opportunities where appropriate

We're looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and detail-focused
- Is confident speaking to business owners
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is comfortable making follow-up calls
- Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be asked
- Enjoys working towards targets and commercial outcomes
- Can manage multiple applications and deadlines
- Is confident using CRM systems and technology
- Has a positive, proactive attitude
- Wants to develop within a growing financial services business

Previous finance experience would be beneficial — but it's not essential. If you have strong sales administration, CRM, customer service or business development experience and the right attitude, we'd like to hear from you.
