Sales Administrator

Leamington Spa (Kenilworth)

£25,000 pro rata + quarterly bonus (OTE up to £30,000 pro rata)

Looking for a varied administration role where accuracy, organisation and great customer service genuinely matter?

We’re partnering with a market-leading technology business as they continue to grow their Subscriptions Operations team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with systems and supporting customers and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in managing subscription contracts from order through to invoicing, ensuring everything is processed accurately and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing subscription orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing invoicing and contract administration
  • Maintaining and updating customer records across internal systems
  • Supporting the wider subscriptions and sales teams
  • Responding to customer queries and delivering excellent service
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy across all administration and data entry

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous sales administration, customer administration or similar experience would be useful, but isn’t essential
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using databases and Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • A proactive, reliable and professional approach
  • Strong general IT literacy and problem-solving skills
