Sales Administrator | Leeds
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing manufacturing business in Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting the detail right, and likes being the person who keeps orders moving smoothly from initial order through to delivery.
- Manage the full end-to-end sales order process
- Accurately input and track customer orders
- Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams
- Handle customer queries around orders, stock and delivery timescales
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records and internal systems
- Provide wider administrative support to the Sales & Operations teams

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing or a similar role
- Ideally, experience within manufacturing or a similar operational environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Confidence using internal systems and picking up new processes quickly
