About the Role
We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support our growing Sales team. This is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering a great experience for customers and partners. You'll play a crucial role in supporting new partner onboarding, coordinating activity across multiple teams and ensuring everything is in place to help our partners start trading as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the onboarding of new partners from contract completion through to launch.
- Acting as a key point of contact, ensuring partners receive a smooth and professional experience.
- Coordinating documentation, compliance checks, system access and training requirements.
- Monitoring onboarding progress, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers and reports.
- Working closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance and Product teams to ensure successful partner launches.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider Sales team.
Your Experience
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Coordinator or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Familiarity with CRM, workflow or automation tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer or partner-focused environment.
