Sales Administrator – Fully Remote
🏠 Location: Fully Remote – UK Based
💷 Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
📅 Hours: Monday–Friday
The Opportunity
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to support a busy sales team while working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation
- Update customer records and maintain the CRM system
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Coordinate deliveries and provide customers with order updates
- Produce sales reports and maintain accurate spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Support account managers with meetings, follow-ups and general administration

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or office support
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working space
