Sales Administrator
Blue Diamond Recruitment is supporting an established Sutton Coldfield business with the appointment of a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Established for 20 years, our client has built a strong reputation and works with national corporate clients across the UK.
This is a varied position supporting the sales and operations team across customer service, quotations, supplier liaison, and administration.
The Role
- Managing customer enquiries and incoming calls
- Processing quotations
- Liaising with suppliers and obtaining competitive pricing
- Comparing prices, lead times, and specifications
- Progress chasing live work and handling customer queries
- Maintaining diaries, records, and supplier information
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team

About You
This position would suit a professional, driven, and highly organized individual who demonstrates:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
- A proactive and positive approach
- A genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress
Previous administration, customer service, or sales support experience would be advantageous, although attitude, professionalism, and potential are equally important.
