Role: Sales Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator with a passion for sustainability and the EV industry. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage customer enquiries, and provide outstanding support via phone and email. As part of a collaborative team, you will help drive sales growth while delivering a market-leading customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Process customer orders using Sage 200.
- Prepare and send customer quotations via PandaDoc.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work closely with the field sales team to achieve targets.
- Stay up to date with EV industry developments.
- Use Excel and Word to support daily operations.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support team success.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; CRM experience desirable.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Well-organised with strong time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
