Role: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator with a passion for sustainability and the EV industry. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage customer enquiries, and provide outstanding support via phone and email. As part of a collaborative team, you will help drive sales growth while delivering a market-leading customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Process customer orders using Sage 200.
  • Prepare and send customer quotations via PandaDoc.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
  • Work closely with the field sales team to achieve targets.
  • Stay up to date with EV industry developments.
  • Use Excel and Word to support daily operations.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support team success.
