Sales Administrator – Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business.
This is a varied position supporting the sales and wider commercial team, helping to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Sales Admin Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, lead times and deliveries
- Working closely with production, purchasing and logistics teams
- Updating customer records and order information on ERP/CRM systems
- Raising invoices and supporting general sales administration
- Monitoring outstanding orders and keeping customers updated
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting the sales team with reports, documentation and general administration
- Resolving order or delivery queries where required

About You
We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Order Processing or Customer Service position.
Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment would be highly beneficial.
You Will Ideally Have
- Previous sales administration or order processing experience
- Experience working with ERP/MRP or CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- The ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
- A proactive and organised approach to your work
