An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, fast:paced, focused sales support team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service while supporting the wider sales team with enquiries, quotations and account administration.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating product samples and ensuring the smooth day:to:day running of a busy shared inbox. You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements and provide an efficient, professional service from enquiry through to order.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
  • Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
  • Manage smaller customer accounts and sales enquiries
  • Liaise with customers regarding quotations, revisions and product information
  • Coordinate and dispatch product samples
  • Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers to secure the best products
  • Support the sales team with presentations and administrative tasks
  • Manage and prioritise emails within a shared inbox
  • Provide holiday cover across the sales team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Customer:focused with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Keen to learn new products and systems (full training provided)
