Join us as a Sales Administrator for Maincor (part of Floplast Limited)

Maincor specialise in innovative plumbing solutions and underfloor heating. We are proud to have introduced several innovative products into the UK that help minimize heat loss. We work across the UK with customers in the building and construction sectors.

Maincor are a department of Floplast Limited, within the wienerberger UK & Ireland – Water & Heating division.

About the role

As a Sales Administrator you will be supporting the day-to-day operation of our Maincor Sales Technical Office by providing high-quality administrative and customer service support.

You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders, pricing updates, and enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently while working closely with operational teams to maintain excellent service standards.

Duties also include:

  • Processing new customer orders
  • Processing customer pricing changes
  • Processing supplier price changes
  • Fielding customer service calls and emails relating to order queries and delivery information
  • Taking ownership of office sundries supply
  • Liaising with the Warehouse team to support operational efficiency
  • Acting as the primary contact for regional use of new office accommodation

This role helps us deliver a reliable and efficient service for our customers while supporting the wider team. Your contribution will help ensure that customer requirements are met accurately, operational processes run smoothly, and our technical and management teams can focus on strategic priorities and future growth.

This position will be based at our Maincor Sales/Technical Office in Hinckley, where you'll work closely with both office-based and operational teams to support the needs of the business.

About you

Essential

  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operational support role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally via telephone and email
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Experience processing administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively across departments such as warehouse, logistics, and operational teams
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage office facilities and supplies, ensuring day-to-day business requirements are met
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently while supporting wider business and regional operational needs
