SALES ADMINISTRATOR (NORWICH)
Motorvogue is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to work at our flagship site in Norwich. Are you a driven, enthusiastic, and motivated individual, with great attention to detail, and able to work to tight deadlines? If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you!
About The Position
This role will involve vehicle sales order processing on behalf of our sales teams:
- Supporting the Sales team to set up and invoice deals.
- Complying with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times.
- Processing and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS.
- Taxing of vehicles.
- Keeping track of deals and ensuring all are invoiced by the end of the month.
- Liaising with Sales Managers.
- Ensuring that all data is accurately recorded.
- Booking both new and used vehicles into stock and keeping the records updated.
- Ensuring that documentation is completed and ready to meet the delivery times for the customer.
- Ensuring that all manufacturer and company policies and procedures are fully complied with.

We expect our Sales Administrators to demonstrate some skills that will prove vital in the position, including:

- Good personal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Computer literate.

Remuneration
Salary is £27,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week.
You will work a 40-hour/5-day week, Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Bonus Scheme.
Following a successful probation period, you will also get your birthday off.
