We’re looking for an experienced Sales Vehicle Administrator to join a growing business.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for everything from new and used vehicle stock management and invoicing to vehicle funding, settlements, fully paid vehicles, and EV government grant applications.
You’ll work closely with our Sales and Accounts teams, finance providers, and other dealership departments, ensuring vehicles and paperwork progress smoothly from acquisition through to sale.

What we're looking for:
- Previous motor administration experience.
- Ideally, experience in vehicle sales administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good numerical and financial awareness.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and dealership systems.
- A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
