Do you have a strong background in administration and customer service? Are you looking for a new role within a busy sales team?
A well-established client of ours is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a data heavy role, where you'll be processing, compiling and distributing documents across the business to ensure deadlines are met. You'll be joining a supportive and friendly team, with a great office space.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for...
- Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers
- Assisting with diary management for the Sales team
- Recording and inputting information and data accurately into the CRM system
- Work cohesively with other departments across the business to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns

Requirements
As a Sales Administrator, you will need...
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and CRM systems
- An administrative background is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
