Our client is an award-winning 5* housebuilder with a strong presence across Berkshire and the surrounding counties. As the region continues to grow and several developments begin construction, they are looking to introduce a Sales Coordinator to support the wider Sales & Marketing Teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy regional Sales & Marketing team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. Working closely with colleagues across the business, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion and handover.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM systems, sales records, and customer documentation.
  • Producing reports, processing invoices, and supporting sales administration.
  • Assisting with the launch of new developments and sales offices.
  • Coordinating marketing materials, customer communications, and supplier relationships.
  • Supporting compliance, training records, and wider departmental administration.
