Temporary Sales Administrator

£13.00 p/h

Tiptree, Essex

On-site

A client of ours in the Tiptree area is recruiting a friendly and reliable Temporary Sales Administrator to support their busy sales office. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, from 2nd September to 23rd December, paying £13.00 per hour.

Your Key Duties

  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Inputting data accurately into systems
  • Taking customer orders by phone
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the wider sales team
  • General sales administration

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous sales administration or office experience
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
