Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales records in internal systems
  • Prepare sales documents, reports, quotations, and general correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and routine sales activities
  • Respond professionally to customer and internal enquiries
  • Support lead tracking and help keep sales information up to date
  • Assist with processing orders, documentation, and account information where required
  • Work closely with sales and other internal teams to support smooth business operations

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good organization and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, CRM systems, and online business tools
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
  • Previous administration, sales support, customer service, or office experience is beneficial but not required
