Established in 1995, Brookson has been supporting freelancers, contractors, and self-employed professionals for over 30 years. With our head office in Warrington and additional UK offices in London, Coventry, and Bournemouth, we have grown into a trusted provider of accountancy, tax, and support services.

Now part of the People2.0 group, we continue to innovate and expand, offering our employees a dynamic and rewarding place to build their careers.

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the wider sales department.

Please note that this role requires office-based working, five days per week, for the first six months to ensure a successful onboarding and training period.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will help process customers, maintain accurate records, prepare sales documents, and respond to routine customer enquiries.

This role would be well suited to someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and an interest in developing a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing initial information and escalating more complex queries to senior team members where required.
  • Prepare sales documentation, including illustrations, invoices and contracts.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales information within the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives and the Sales Manager.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and assist with the organisation of sales events.
  • Manage the sales administration inbox and forward enquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Support the Sales Manager with general administrative duties.
  • Carry out outbound calls to customers to introduce Brookson's services and identify opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of the customer journey and internal sales processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
