About Brim
Brim makes EV chargers and develops software to solve tomorrow’s energy problems. Founded by industry leaders and focused on the new-build sector, we work with housebuilders to make EV charging straightforward.
The role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Sales and Marketing Administrator to join us in our West Malling office. You’ll answer the phone, help customers, process orders and keep the day-to-day admin moving, while getting involved in sales and marketing.
It’s a great starting point if you’ve recently graduated, are looking for your first office role or want to bring your customer service experience into something new. You don’t need a degree, previous sales experience or knowledge of EV charging.

- Answer incoming calls, take clear messages and get customers to the right person.
- Process orders, check details and keep customers updated.
- Keep our CRM and customer records accurate and up to date.
- Help with quotes, emails and follow-ups alongside the sales team.
- Support simple marketing tasks, including LinkedIn posts, content and campaign admin.
- Work with colleagues to make sure enquiries and orders don’t get missed.
What you’ll bring
- A friendly phone manner and clear written communication.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using everyday computer tools and a willingness to learn.
- Curiosity, reliability and the confidence to ask questions.
- You must live within a practical commuting distance of West Malling and be able to work on site.
- A valid driving licence is required.

Location and pay
Full-time, office based in West Malling, Kent. This is an entry-level role with scope to grow quickly. Pay is the applicable National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage.
