BallereTTe is an Italian footwear brand offering a distinctive portfolio of ballerinas, loafers, moccasins, and oxford shoes in a wide range of styles and colors. Founded in Rome in 2015, the company focuses on “Made in Italy” quality and craftsmanship, partnering with manufacturers who have a long-standing tradition in shoemaking. The brand is known for designs that blend comfort, individuality, and everyday elegance, complemented by signature transparent packaging. BallereTTe has grown from its first flagship store in Rome and an e-commerce site to multiple stores, serving customers in more than 20 countries. The company continues to expand its retail presence across Italy and Europe while strengthening its digital channel in Europe and North America.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Adviser role based in Greater London. The Sales Adviser will:

- Welcome and assist customers
- Provide product information and styling advice
- Ensure an engaging, personalized shopping experience that reflects the BallereTTe brand
Daily responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer needs
- Presenting suitable products
- Processing sales transactions
- Handling returns and exchanges
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
The role also involves:
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Contributing to sales targets
- Supporting inventory management, including stock replenishment and basic stockroom organization
- Collaborating with the store team
- Participating in training on product knowledge and brand guidelines
- Helping promote in-store and digital initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide an inclusive, welcoming experience.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product information and brand values effectively.
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer preferences, recommend products, and contribute to achieving individual and store targets.
- Training-related skills, such as openness to ongoing learning, ability to absorb product knowledge, and willingness to share best practices with peers.

Additional beneficial qualifications include:
- Prior experience in fashion or footwear retail
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions
- A proactive, team-oriented work approach
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and fluency in English are required; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
