Job Summary
The Sales Advisor plays a key role in representing the company and its new homes to prospective customers. The role involves providing a high standard of customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is motivated, knowledgeable about new homes sales, and holds a valid driving licence to visit sites and meet clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers in a professional and approachable manner, providing detailed information about new homes and developments.
- Conduct site visits and home viewings to showcase properties and answer customer queries effectively.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to reservation and completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity using company systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and customer care to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to support effective sales techniques.
- Represent the company at promotional events and exhibitions as required.

Required Qualifications And Experience
- Proven experience in new homes sales or a similar sales environment within the property sector.
- Valid full driving licence with the ability to travel to various sites within the region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Competent IT skills including use of customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience working within a housing developer or residential property sales environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations affecting property sales.
- Additional sales or customer service training qualifications.

Working Conditions
- Work primarily takes place at sales centres and customer sites across West Midlands and Worcestershire.
- Regular travel between sites is required; own transport and valid driving licence essential.
- Core working hours are full-time, with occasional evening and weekend work to meet customer availability.
- The role involves standing for extended periods during property viewings and promotional events.
