Sales Advisor | Boston, Lincolnshire | £27,000-£29,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

If you enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities and developing business with existing customers, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing international business that supplies specialist construction products to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're investing further in their sales function and creating a new Sales Advisor position to support an expanding customer base.

This is a varied commercial role where you'll work closely with existing customers, becoming a trusted point of contact for businesses across multiple sectors. You'll handle enquiries, process orders and provide excellent service, whilst proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.

You'll spend much of your time speaking with customers over the phone, building relationships, promoting special offers and new products, re-engaging dormant accounts and helping customers understand how the company's solutions can add value to their business. This isn't cold-calling for the sake of it. It's about having meaningful conversations with customers who already know the brand and turning those relationships into long-term commercial partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
