Role Description

The Sales Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cardiff. The Sales Advisor will assist customers in selecting the right car parts, accessories, and paints, providing product information and recommendations tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: To build rapport and provide a high-quality experience.
  • Communication Skills: To explain product features, handle enquiries, and support team collaboration.
  • Sales Skills: To identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and help achieve sales targets.
  • Training Capabilities: To learn product ranges quickly and support the development of new team members.
  • Basic Knowledge of Car Parts: Or a willingness to learn automotive products.
  • Work on-site in Cardiff: In a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong Attention to Detail, Numeracy Skills: And comfort using point-of-sale systems.
  • Previous Experience in Retail, Automotive, or Trade Counter Sales: Is an advantage but not essential.
