New Homes Sales Advisor
£28,000 - £32,000 + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Travel Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful and well-established housebuilder renowned for creating high-quality homes across South Wales. The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home. You'll guide customers through every stage of the journey, from initial enquiry and reservation through to completion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with prospective buyers, providing expert advice on available homes and developments.
- Conduct show home and site tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalised service from first contact through to handover.
- Manage the full sales process, including reservations, sales progression, and completions.
- Follow up leads promptly and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and drive sales performance.
- Stay up to date with local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to continually develop product knowledge and sales skills.

About You
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping people find their dream home.
You will have:
- Previous experience working for a housebuilder or within New Homes sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales success.
