The Role

This job is based out of our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF and delivers excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.

Role Overview

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage and update the customer pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a target orientated/sales role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Time management and organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure

What We Offer

  • Opening hours are 08.30 – 20.00, working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.
  • Competitive starting salary with uncapped commission following 3-month training period
  • 29 days holiday including bank holidays
