Exciting Sales Role in New Homes Industry

We currently have an exciting position for a sales professional who has a proven track record in driving results and delivering success within the New Homes Industry. Working with a builder who delivers exceptional homes, we want to speak to ambitious individuals who are looking for a new role based in Dunfermline, Fife, where they use their experience to drive their own success.

As a valued member of their team you will be rewarded with a competitive package with a strong basic salary and commission.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase the features of new homes, highlighting benefits and value.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and community developments.
  • Utilise CRM system to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract potential buyers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license
