Join Our MotoMine Sales Team!
Love bikes? Get paid to talk about them all day. MotoMine — the UK's largest motorcycle salvage company — is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our sales team in Egham, Surrey. This isn't cold-calling from a script — it's talking to genuine enthusiasts about genuine machines, hosting viewings at one of the best-stocked motorcycle facilities in the country, and getting a real buzz when a customer leaves with the bike they've been hunting for.
MotoMine has become the UK's leading retailer of Category N motorcycles in just three years, with over 30,000 quality used parts in stock and more than 30,000 bikes sold to date. We've recently moved into a new 85,000 sq ft facility in Egham, and we're part of the 4th Dimension Innovation Group — alongside Ride Nation and Farnham Honda. We'd rather promote from within than hire from outside, so if you're ambitious, there's somewhere to go.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
