Salary £28,000 - £34,000 per annum
About The Company
A growing housing developer is expanding their Sales team due to a number of new projects commencing in the Worcester area. This presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced new homes Sales Advisor to lead the sales function for a residential development in Worcester, contributing to the company’s continued success and growth.
Job Description
The Sales Advisor is responsible for managing and progressing sales activities for new build homes within the Worcester development. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing detailed product knowledge, and supporting customers from initial enquiry through to completion. The Sales Advisor works closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Job Duties
- Manage the full sales process for new build homes, including customer enquiries, viewings, and reservations.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the development, property specifications, and purchasing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales journey.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local housing market and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales reports and updates to the management team as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry regulations throughout the sales process.
- Attend and represent the company at property exhibitions and promotional events as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in new build housing sales or a comparable sales role within the property sector.
Experience
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a property or new homes environment.
- Experience of managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of the new build housing market and sales practises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and approachable manner.
Working Conditions
- Full-time role based primarily at the development site in Worcester with occasional travel to other locations as required.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability.
- Office environment combined with site visits and customer meetings.
