Role Description
The Sales Advisor at AROMARIA is an ad hoc, on-site role based in London, focused on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Welcoming customers
- Understanding their needs and providing product guidance and recommendations
- Managing point-of-sale transactions
- Handling inquiries and feedback
- Supporting store presentation standards, including merchandising and stock replenishment
The role also involves:
- Meeting individual and store sales targets
- Supporting promotional activities
- Participating in training sessions to stay informed about product features and brand standards

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, trust-based relationships with diverse customers and team members
- Clear, professional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey product information and brand messaging effectively
- Customer service capabilities, such as handling inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming, service-oriented attitude
- Sales skills, including identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and contributing to achieving sales targets
- Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and share information with colleagues when needed

Beneficial experience:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
Preferred qualities:
- Interest in fragrance, lifestyle, or luxury products and alignment with AROMARIA’s brand values
- Fluency in Arabic
