Role Description

The Sales Advisor at AROMARIA is an ad hoc, on-site role based in London, focused on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Welcoming customers
  • Understanding their needs and providing product guidance and recommendations
  • Managing point-of-sale transactions
  • Handling inquiries and feedback
  • Supporting store presentation standards, including merchandising and stock replenishment

The role also involves:

  • Meeting individual and store sales targets
  • Supporting promotional activities
  • Participating in training sessions to stay informed about product features and brand standards

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, trust-based relationships with diverse customers and team members
  • Clear, professional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey product information and brand messaging effectively
  • Customer service capabilities, such as handling inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming, service-oriented attitude
  • Sales skills, including identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and contributing to achieving sales targets
  • Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and share information with colleagues when needed

Beneficial experience:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling

Preferred qualities:

  • Interest in fragrance, lifestyle, or luxury products and alignment with AROMARIA’s brand values
  • Fluency in Arabic
