Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Research prospective clients’ business needs to tailor solutions.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customers.
- Apply advanced negotiation techniques to overcome objections.
- Effectively close sales deals over the telephone.
- Manage customer accounts to encourage repeat business.

Requirements & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
- Have previous experience in sales advising or customer service.
- Show an interest in boating or have Marine industry knowledge (desirable).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve.
- Knowledge of SOP systems.
- Be result-driven, highly motivated, and committed to achieving/exceeding targets.
