New Homes Sales Advisor (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, including weekend working, across our show homes in the Winchester area.

Alfred Homes is delivering exceptional homes and thriving communities throughout Winchester and the wider Hampshire region. Previous new homes sales experience would be advantageous; however, we would also welcome applications from individuals with a strong background in estate agency sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage prospective purchasers, providing expert guidance throughout the home-buying journey.
  • Convert enquiries into reservations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all interactions are professional, responsive, and customer-focused.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries and customer communications using CRM systems.
  • Support marketing initiatives through effective lead management and timely follow-up of enquiries.
  • Conduct viewings and confidently present the features, benefits, and lifestyle opportunities offered by each development.
  • Monitor sales activity, customer feedback, and local market trends, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain the show home and sales environment to the highest presentation standards at all times.

Customer Service Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

  • A strong understanding of the residential property market and sales process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve sales targets.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
