Are you an experienced Sales Advisor looking for a new opportunity on a brand-new development?
Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join a single-manned site, offering excellent earning potential and progression opportunities.

- Retainer for the first 3–6 months

- Previous New Build Housing Sales Experience Preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident working independently
- Driven by targets and commission
- Professional and personable approach

Your Role
- Managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion
- Conducting viewings and showcasing new homes
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Following up leads and generating sales
- Working independently on a single-manned development
