Location: Bewaldeth
Sales Advisor
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join Darwin Escapes in a permanent, full-time position, including working weekends.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our successful team and work across two of our beautiful parks – Thanet Well and Keswick Reach.
The role will be split between Thanet Well and Keswick Reach, so you will play an important role in supporting sales across both parks. You will need to be comfortable working across both locations and adapting to the needs of each park and its customers.
The salary for this position is £30,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn commission.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, helping customers find their perfect holiday home and building long-lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and driving holiday home sales across Thanet Well and Keswick Reach.
- Working flexibly across both parks to maximize sales opportunities and meet customer needs.
- Welcoming customers and providing a warm, professional, and engaging sales experience.
- Responding to enquiries and generating new sales leads.
- Following up leads and enquiries promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Conducting holiday home viewings and showcasing the benefits of holiday home ownership.
- Understanding customers' needs and matching them with the right holiday home and park.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and holiday homeowners.
- Working towards individual and company sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and enquiries.
- Ensuring holiday homes and sales areas are presented to an excellent standard.
- Supporting customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion and handover.
- Working closely with park teams and other departments to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
- Identifying opportunities for repeat and referral business.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A confident and proactive approach to sales.
- Strong ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
- A target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across both Thanet Well and Keswick Reach.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable
- Previous holiday home sales experience.
- Experience within retail sales, property sales, automotive sales, or another target-driven sales environment.
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge or experience of the holiday park, leisure, hospitality, or property industry.
