A quality focused housing developer is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a new homes project based in Sutton Coldfield. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-standard developments across the West Midlands.
Job Description
The Sales Advisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process for new build homes. This role demands a customer-centric approach to guide prospective buyers through their purchase journey, providing expert advice and support from initial enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers, delivering knowledgeable and professional advice on new build housing options.
- Manage and progress sales enquiries, including conducting property viewings, handling reservations, and negotiating sales agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using company systems.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer care, to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates and market trends.
- Promote the company’s developments and uphold its reputation for quality and service at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Full, valid driving licence.
Education, Experience and Knowledge
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within new build housing or a similar property sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with the residential property market in the West Midlands is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of relevant legal and financial aspects related to property sales.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a housebuilder or within the property development sector.
- Knowledge of new build housing features, benefits, and the home buying process.
Working Conditions
- Full-time working hours, typically based at the sales centre with occasional travel to other sites as required.
- Work involves standing for extended periods during customer viewings and events.
- Some weekend and evening work may be necessary to meet customer availability and sales targets.
