Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly successful, experienced Sales Advisor to expand our current team of fragrance specialists. The main responsibility will be to promote brand awareness and to sell our products consultatively. This is a fantastic experience for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Advisors. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent, unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will have an engaging enthusiasm for fragrance and a clear passion for customer service.

What We Expect
- Striving to achieve and exceed personal sales target
- Maintaining a clean environment on the shop floor at all times
- Assisting customers with a consultative sell to tailor their experience in picking appropriate fragrances and product
- Adhering to all store policies and procedures
- Building relationships with customers to increase repeated business
- Maintaining stock levels on the shop floor
- Being diligent with the company’s policy on discounts, refunds, etc.
- Staff will be required on occasion to cover extra shifts

Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year experience in sales – preferably in fragrance or cosmetics
- Proven track record of sales achievements in previous role(s)
- Highly presentable: attire, behavior, and interaction with customers
- Strong professional values
- Excellent communication skills
Schedule
8-hours shift, Monday to Sunday. Expected to work 40 hours per week.
