About Feridax

Feridax is the UK’s largest wholesale importer and distributor of motorcycle clothing and accessories brands. With a long-standing reputation in the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Internal Sales team.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established and successful business where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in developing customer relationships, driving outbound sales activity, and helping trade customers maximize their business opportunities.

Job Details

  • Hours: 08:45-17:00 Monday to Friday
  • Location: Halesowen
  • Salary Range: £25,000-£26,000
  • Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, health care cash plan, company bonus, Life assurance, 1 Life Admin day, and company socials.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Making proactive outbound sales calls to existing and lapsed trade customers to generate orders and increase sales
  • Building strong long-term relationships with trade account holders through regular telephone contact
  • Identifying upselling opportunities across our product range
  • Following up on quotations, promotions, back orders, and previous customer enquiries via phone
  • Managing a high volume of daily customer calls while delivering excellent service and product knowledge
  • Contacting customers to discuss new product launches, seasonal offers, and current promotions
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries confidently and professionally
  • Processing customer orders accurately via phone and email
  • Supporting customers with product recommendations, stock availability, and order updates
  • Working closely with colleagues across the Internal Sales team and wider business to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and call notes within internal systems

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident on the phone, and motivated by sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal communication and telephone sales skills
  • Confidence making outbound sales calls and building customer relationships
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to identify sales opportunities and close business effectively
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
