Retail Sales Advisor – Discover Store (London Heathrow Airport)

Do you love the buzz of the airport? Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Love interacting with people from all over the world? If so, then travel retail is a great place to work...

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic new team members to join our brand-new Discover store in the departure lounge of London Heathrow Airport. You’ll need a passion for excellence and all things London.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, your mission is to deliver outstanding customer service. When customers enter our store, they should be greeted by a friendly team offering expert help and advice across all aspects of our busy operation, both on the sales floor and until point.

Although previous customer service experience is preferred, full training will be provided. As part of the application and selection process:

  • A five-year working and personal reference will be required.
  • Criminal Reference Check, as we operate in a secure, airside departures lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus (100%)

  • Greet customers with a friendly smile every time.
  • Assist with product selection and recommendations.
  • Upsell through additional link sales when appropriate.
  • Deliver consistent, excellent customer service end-to-end, including till operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
