Do you have a passion for colour, design, and beautiful spaces? Are you confident working with people and excited by the opportunity to combine sales, interiors, and showroom management?
Fermob London is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Sales Advisor & Showroom Administrator to join our team.
The Role
You will be at the heart of our London showroom, helping clients discover Fermob’s products while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the space.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and represent the Fermob brand and values.
- Understand client needs and provide expert advice on products and space planning.
- Recommend products and create tailored solutions for individual projects.
- Build strong client relationships and manage enquiries from initial contact through to after-sales.
- Process payments, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Support showroom administration, stock management, and merchandising.
- Monitor stock, place replenishment orders, and receive/check deliveries.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including materials, pricing, suppliers, and lead times.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Follow company procedures and internal processes.

About You
You will have proven sales experience and a track record of achieving targets for a minimum of 2 years, combined with a genuine interest in interiors, furniture, and design.
