🌿 Your role & impact
We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to join our team in our first London boutique in Westfield White City, for 3 days a week.
You will be a true brand ambassador and role model Aroma-Zone's Self-CARE values every day. You'll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store's commercial success.
🌱 Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver exceptional services and drive sales
- Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice
- Share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new products
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme
- Contribute to store performance by achieving KPIs through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and active selling.

Support store excellence
- Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand
Be a team player
- Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success
- Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention
- Ensure the store's general cleanliness is always upheld
What we're looking for
- A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in beauty or skincare
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations
- A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
- Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods
