Sales Advisor | Premium Retail | Stratford | Up to £26,000 plus bonus and benefits
We're looking for an energetic, confident and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in Stratford. Located within one of London's busiest retail destinations, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning customer conversations into sales.
You could come from fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors, hospitality or another customer-focused environment. What matters most is your energy, sales ability and determination to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage customers confidently and deliver a warm, personalised service.
- Build strong product knowledge and guide customers through their purchases.
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs in a high-footfall store.
- Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.
- Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment.
- Confidence approaching customers and building relationships quickly.
- A strong commercial mindset with the drive to achieve targets.
- Energy, resilience and the ability to thrive within a busy store.
- An interest in premium products, design, interiors or lifestyle retail would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
