WEP UK is one of the world's leading student exchange organisations, helping young people experience life-changing cultural immersion programmes across the globe.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to support the growth of our High School Exchange Programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about international education and enjoys helping students and families find the right programme to achieve their goals.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the enquiry and application process and helping them choose the best destination and programme for their needs.

You will build strong relationships with families, provide expert advice, and inspire young people to take the next step towards an international experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, online meetings and social media
- Conduct consultations to understand students' goals and recommend suitable programmes
- Follow up leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximise enrolments
- Guide applicants through the application process from enquiry to enrolment
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Represent WEP UK at virtual and in-person information events
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases
- Stay up to date with programme destinations, eligibility requirements and international education trends
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A confident and enthusiastic communicator
- Passionate about travel, cultural exchange and international education
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents and school staff
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Target-driven and focused on delivering excellent customer service

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, education, travel or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own workload
Desirable
- Personal experience of an international exchange programme, study abroad experience, gap year, volunteering overseas, or living abroad
- Experience working in education, travel or student programmes
- Knowledge of international high school exchange programmes
