Sales Advisor | Luxury Fashion | Multiple London Opportunities | Up to £28k

We are looking for experienced Sales Advisors to join a leading luxury fashion retailer across multiple London locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.

You will be expected to deliver a highly personalised client experience, confidently understanding individual needs, styling clients and creating long-term relationships that drive repeat business.

The Role

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury client experience from initial welcome through to after-sales.
  • Drive individual and store performance, consistently working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and develop strong client relationships, using clienteling and outreach to generate repeat business.
  • Confidently style and advise clients across ready-to-wear and accessories, creating complete looks and identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and represent the brand with a polished, professional and commercially focused approach.

About You

  • Previous experience within luxury, premium or designer fashion retail.
  • A proven ability to drive sales and achieve individual targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong clienteling skills, with the confidence to build relationships and develop a loyal customer base.
  • A natural interest in fashion, styling and delivering a highly personalised service.
  • Proactive, polished and commercially minded, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
