Sales Advisor - Luxury Handbag Brand

London, UK
5-Month FTC full-time contract

About the Brand

Our client is a London-based, award-winning luxury handbag brand with a strong focus on ethical craftsmanship, sustainability, and social impact. The brand creates beautifully designed handbags, crafted in Europe using sustainably sourced materials, while supporting charitable initiatives that provide vital healthcare and vaccines to children in need. With a purpose-driven approach at the heart of the business, the brand combines luxury, quality, and meaningful impact, fostering a creative, collaborative, and inclusive culture.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Advisor to join the London retail team on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as a key brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalised luxury client experience from first interaction through to post-purchase engagement.

You will be responsible for building genuine, long-term client relationships, developing a strong client book, and using your product expertise and storytelling skills to bring the brand and its collections to life. Alongside achieving individual sales targets and KPIs, you will contribute to a collaborative, high-performing store environment and help create a loyal client community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
