We don't hire pushy salespeople. We hire professional ones.

At Lifetime Legal, every conversation matters.

Our customers are buying or selling a home—one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make. Your role is to help them understand the legal protection and support available, guiding them through their options and confidently recommending the services that are right for them.

We're looking for resilient telephone sales professionals who genuinely enjoy speaking to customers, thrive on achieving targets and know how to close a sale professionally and ethically.

If you're someone who builds rapport naturally, handles objections confidently and sees every conversation as an opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls, speaking to customers at various stages of their home-moving journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport quickly with customers over the telephone.
  • Understanding customer needs through effective questioning.
  • Presenting Lifetime Legal's products and services clearly and confidently.
  • Handling objections professionally.
  • Closing sales using an ethical, customer-first approach.
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities where they genuinely add value.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM.
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
  • Achieving individual sales and productivity KPIs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
