World-renowned for its luxury ready-to-wear collections, Lanvin is continuing to expand its development by offering a complete and distinctive brand universe, from ready-to-wear to accessories. A close-knit team supports the brand’s continued growth.

Lanvin is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join its boutique in London, with an immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent sales experience to customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of Lanvin’s products, history, heritage, and values.
  • Welcome and effectively meet the needs of a local and international clientele.
  • Build customer loyalty by providing appropriate and personalized advice.
  • Contribute to the effective management of stock and deliveries.
  • Know and apply all required procedures.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively as part of the team.
  • Use training and knowledge of the collections and clientele to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the sales floor and shop windows.

  • Previous experience as a Client Advisor or Sales Advisor in luxury retail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and expectations.
  • Ability to work professionally, collaboratively, and constructively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage stress and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of cash-handling procedures.
