- Deliver the Feel-Good Experience – welcome customers with our signature tea, help them find their favorite products or surprise them with something they never knew they needed.
- Hit sales targets – stay sharp on the numbers and challenge yourself with small victories, like perfecting a product story or turning more customers into members.
- Handle all the retail essentials – you run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique looking sharp and stocked at all times.
