The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and vehicle proposals.
- Explain finance, insurance and aftersales products compliantly.
- Manage customer enquiries and follow-up activity.
- Negotiate and agree sales solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team success.
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for customer service.
- Drive and motivation to achieve targets.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- A positive and proactive approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
