This is a full-time, on-site Sales Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) role based in Greater London. The Sales Advisor will welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, provide product information, and deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience in both Mandarin and English.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Advising customers on fit and styling
- Handling sales transactions
- Managing customer inquiries
- Maintaining store presentation and stock standards
The role also involves:
- Supporting visual merchandising
- Contributing to sales targets
- Sharing brand and product knowledge with the team to enhance overall service levels
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine customer relationships
- Clear and professional communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on delivering premium in-store experiences
- Sales skills with experience in retail or fashion environments, including working toward sales targets
- Ability to support training and share product and brand knowledge with colleagues
- Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is highly beneficial
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and as part of a diverse team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
